Herpes can travel a nerve and show up in the area at the bottom of the spine (near the top of the "cheeks". If you have any question that you may have herpes, it is best to get a Dr's opinion. That is the only way to know for sure if you have it or not. You could spread it unknowingly if you do not check it out. There is medication that you can take to slow or even stop the reassurances - so, a trip to the Dr's office is in order.
