My Ear Feels Like It Needs To Pop But It Won't. What Should I Do?

I feel for you. Its been a week and a half for me. It wont pop and I can't stand it!

Have you damaged it? If so check with your doctor.
If you have recently had water in it or have had a cold? Take antihistamine (allergy med) for a few days.

Go to the doc and have him make an incision in the ear drum that will relive  the pressure it don't hurt

My ears started to  hurts when I come down mountains. My ears never did that before, but my last two trips were the worst..why is that? Is it dangerous for me to keep going trough the mountains/
