If you don't tell him then if you have sex with him are anyone eles you will pass it. But sometime we woman give it to are selfs by wiping the wrong way. I can tell you if you don't care of it can cause other serious things like pain, scaring of the uterus and if left untreated it can lead to dysplasia whitch inturn can let to having surgery. I know I didn't know that I had trich. And was giving the pills and the next thing you know because I left this untreated for so long I had dysplasia and this month I just had a hsteremony. I don't want to scare you but happen to me was rear, I do know that if you want kids I would get treated as soon as possible so that you don't have any problems later in life.
