Diabetes and Depression

According to NICE, people who are diagnosed with a chronic physical health problem such as diabetes are 3 times more likely to be diagnosed with depression than people without it.

Depression can have a serious impact on a person's wellbeing and their ability and motivation to self-manage their condition.

Depression is the most common psychiatric disorder witnessed in the diabetes community.

People with diabetes suffering from depression are at greater risk of suffering from an episode of diabetic burnout which collectively can have adverse effects on physical health and potentially instigate more long term complications both to do with diabetes and independent from the condition.

If you have stress you will go to the bathroom a lot, because the stress on your body creates toxins and your body tries to get rid of them.
When I was 21 I could drink a gallon of anything and go to bed and not get up to go to the bathroom. Then I got a job at a construction place and I hated it. Within a few weeks I started pissing every hour and the piss had a bad odor. It stunk so bad and that had to be the toxins the body was trying to rid itself of.

But once I started getting up at night pissing it never stoped. The last 20 years I never got 8 hours sleep. I would get up and piss at least two times. This is not normal. I would have it checked out. One night I took a sleeping pill and went to sleep for 8 solid hours and felt great. The next night I took the same pill and it did nothing. If I was under stress I would get away and out of that.

If I ahd it to do over I would move to the mountains and live a simple life. So many people have stress today, because of wars caused by the Jews. Poepel get killed. Then you have the stress of everyday life. You get married to a slut6 and it causes stress. Then you have the stress of taxing you so much and it's wasted.
