I am 5 days into the swine flu and have breathing difficulty for which I am being treated. Today I am developing pain in the liver area. In the 1968 swine flu outbreak I had the flu, mononucleosis, and iron-deficiency anemia. My doctor seemed to think it was the mono- that caused my liver involvement then. Does this h1n1 have liver involvement as a unusual symptom?
