Dig deep and look for the positive things in your life. Volunteer a few hours a week at a pet shelter, homeless shelter, library, etc. You won't believe how much your attitude towards life will change for the better.
You should get professional help. Life doesn't have to be so sad and difficult. You deserve happiness .. And I hope you find it.
You matter just because you exist.
You also matter because you have something to offer others.
Embrace and believe it.
That will help.
Just about everyone has a time in there life where it seems nothing is going right. You cry for a bit. Eat some ice cream. And then you make a plan to make things better. If you need help making that plan, then ask for it. Then you put one foot in front of the other. Some steps will take time others will fly by. Some will even be backwards.
