I have the same thing it's driving me crazy I AM very into my health I can't even sleep anymore  this started for me two weeks ago also I am 40 and otherwise in great heath  I'm going to Ear nose and throat
I think they are going to tell me it's Ge rd I hate that word and not looking forward to hearing it
