When you put your hand in that cold water does it hurt? That's only the outside that hurts a little and on the inside it is very hot and it almost burns when that cold of water hits your stomach and that is why. Not a big deal. Also if you have something like mint or gum it will make it hurt more. Hope this answers you questions! :)
