YOU ARE ALL VERY WRONG!! The black spot on your tonsil IS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. Your tonsils have many membranes and nooks and crannies that you can not see when the tonsil is normal size. When they become inflamed and swell up some of these nooks swell up too and become exposed. You may have several black spots or holes, it's tonsillitis NOT CANCER!! You need a strong antibiotic, but don't be worried about cancer.

I have it too. And I have white patches that looks like broken skin. I got a test and it's not strep. I think it might be tonsillitis. Don't be afraid. We'll get through this!

It's probably just mould or rotting food debris on your tonsils. Wash your mouth out with warm salty water and gargle thoroughly. If that doesn't get rid of the black spot then contact your doctor immediately; it may be an infection so you need antibiotics.

Well if you didn't smoke you wouldn't have it.
But since you obviously do you should probably go to the doctor and get some tests done.
Once you've done that you should go to the store and buy some patches!
