The most common symptoms of Enterococcus are fever, urinary tract infections and wound infections. Pus is likely to be coming out of any wounds which you may have and they will tend to be more tender and red too.
Other symptoms which may appear include infections of the brain, the heart valves and the blood stream. These are obviously extremely serious and if you suspect that you do have Enterococcus then you really do need to get yourself to a doctor straight away.
