Could I Have A Blood Clot On My Wrist Because My Wrist Is Swollen And Painful To Touch Where A Blood Vessel Is

I got this hard thing on my wrist and I don't know if its a bone protuding out or a blood vessel...it hirts a lil bit

My wrist popped while pushing myself up out of bed a couple of weeks ago since the pain has become worse it hurts when I bend my thumb and wrist its sore to touch and has some slight swelling the pain has started moving up my arm
