Any conditioner kept on all night, is said to kill head lice. Don't waste your money on expensive brands, simply buy it at the dollar store. With a dry head, lather up the hair generously with conditioner. Cover head with a shower cap all night. Rinse out in the morning, and comb through with a lice comb. My next bit of advice is to mix your own bottle of shampoo with a 1 to 15 ratio of tea tree oil. This can be purchased at your local pharmacy. This is also said to repell head lice, as well as kill them. Although the ratio to shampoo is different for killing them, you can do further research to find this. I do know that salons are selling this for 40$ a bottle. Why not make your own?
