HIV can can be transmitted through exchange of fluids e.g. Blood and sexual fluids like semen and secretions from female genitalia. As HIV is present in sexual fluids then unprotected sex can transmit this virus through urethra. So, it is necessary to restrict yourself to your wife and use condoms if you have multiple partners.
