Stress is the response to the condition we get ourselves in. Certain amount of stress is good for health but surplus or small amount of stress might lead to anxiety and unhealthy behavior changes. There are basically 5 types of stress.

1. Eustress: This is healthy stress. It is not only provides physiological changes in the body but also give energy to a person in order to strive for better stuff.

2. Distress: This is considered to be the bad stress and can lead to many diseases. It is mostly caused by a change in one's everyday schedule e.g. Loosing a post, an unexpected high bill or fee, car accident and so on.

3. Hyperstress: Hyperstress happens when an individual is pushed beyond their capabilities e.g. Working long hours. This type of pressure might be a source of mood swings.

4. Hypostress: This stress occurs when a person is bored of a routine work. This might cause restlessness and depression.

5. Chronic: It is the most awful type of stress. This is because it is continuous and one might need pills to stop such kind of stress.
