I Have Stabbing Electrical Pain From My Stomach To My Back, It Goes All The Way Through My Body. Pain Under Right Rib Cage, Sick, Weak And No Energy. WHAT COULD THIS BE?

It is called,  I need to get to my Doctor right away. You have organs in your body that if affected can cause so much pain you cannot pinpoint the beginning nor end.  Visit a clinic soon before your family has to call an ambulance for you. Don't ever let symptoms last that long.  Have your heard the phrase "we got to her in time?"  The longer you wait, the harder it may be to treat your illness.  Best wishes.

Most people on these forums have to realize when a person comes on these places for answers, they have already seen doctors, or have not been able to see a reliable one. If you happen to be Canadian, the doctor shortage is scary, because not only can you not get a family doctor, clinic doctors are at their wits ends with the amount of hours they have to put in to see patients packed in their waiting rooms.
So if you don't have something good to say, don't say it at all.... ;)

The pain in the stomach and to your back can be due to spinal stenosis in lumbar region. There can be some more disease which can cause this problem but the stenosis is more probable. Visit a doctor and get CT scan for differential diagnosis.
