First of all, take your son to a good doctor as soon as possible. Bone and joint pain can be a major sign of childhood leukemia. I'm sending you a link, here you'd be able to read all the signs and symptoms of childhood leukemia. If you think your child is experiencing any one of them take him to the doctor immediately. I have armpit pains right now but I used an ax the other day so my muscles is just sore maybe when he was at school he played pretty hard and stretched his muscles
