Nose bleeding is not a common sign of childhood leukemia. Some of the signs of leukemia are fatigue, fever, easy bleeding and bruising, bone pain, swelling of the abdomen, face and arms, weight loss accompanied by a loss in appetite, coughing or troubled bleeding, seizures and vomiting.

Talk to your pediatrician 1st, but nose bleeds could be a sign of severe sinus problems, or it could just be dryness. Try applying a very small amount of vaseline to the wall of the nostrils for a couple of days to see if the nose bleeds improve.
