Bulous lesion means a lesion in shape of blister. So you have a blister like lesion in the right lung. This can be due to infection of it can also be cancerous. Retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy is related with swollen lymph node in the abdomen. Ascites is accumulation of fluid in the abdomen usually associated with liver damage. So further investigations like biopsy and blood test are required for final diagnosis.
