Am not sure what CPK enzymes are, but anytime you have a lumbar injection, things will change. In my case, the pain level went through the roof, but I have a friend who has lumbar injections in her back, she feels worse for 3 days then better until time for next dose. Except this past time when the injection to low on her back.
