Low back pain can be due to spasm of large and supportive muscles of spine. Many factors can cause this spasm. These cause of low back pain can be disc degeneration, aortic aneurysm, muscle spasm, ruptured disc, disc herniation, spinal stenosis, scoliosis or kyphosis, Strain or tears to the muscles or ligaments, misalignment of the vertebrae, medical conditions like fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, Kidney  infections or stones, aging, pregnancy, depression, arthritis, overweight, lack of exercise, heavy lifting, and bad posture.
You should visit orthopedist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Your doctor may order for x-ray, ct scan or MRI.

There
are some factors which can cause lower back pain like muscle tightness, sprains
and strains. You take pain-o-soma 500mg. Its very effective and fast pain reliever. It should be very helpful.

I went to my regular Doctor for similar problems and had some X-rays done and all he was going to do was give me some Cortisone shots as he didn't see any real problem. A friend then suggested a Chiropractor and after I saw him a few times, he took care of the problem and I rarely have it any more. Now I just go once a month and I feel great. Check out a good Chiropractor in your area and I think you'll be amazed at how good you'll feel again.
