Would this pain happen to be between your sternum if so this could be one of a few things but to narrow it down heres a few things it could be from your symptoms hiatius hernia,gerd,inflammation of the esophagus,gallstones,or pancreatis,I could help you out a little more if you have any others symptoms for me to go on but it cud well be a bad case of indigestion as well
