Stomach ulcer is suspected with its symptoms like abdominal pain especially 2-3 hours after taking meals and become worse if don't eat, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, fatigue and black stools. Stomach ulcer is diagnosed through endoscopy, blood test, stool antigen test,  breath test, and X-ray with contrast.

Your gastroenterologist may be able to find out whether you have an peptic ulcer just by talking with you about your symptoms.
