Yes, depending on the type of infection and how long it goes untreated but, most of the time it will be uncomfortable to deal with and possibly make you sick.
Can an infection on the inside of my cheek and in my neck gland be very dangerous or kill me? :(
I doubt it I would see a doctor immediately, then you will know if it can harm you.
