Yes, you might be having panic attacks as well.. People have different symptoms. For me, my brain squeeze tightly and numbness and tingling up and down my spine. My mouth starts burning and my hands and arms feel like they are on fire.
Try to go in a small area like your bathroom and do breathing sessions with yourself or with someone accompanying you. Dont stop until you feel yourself completely calm.
