Do Ovarian Cysts Cause Upper Back Pain Between Shoulder And Neck?

I was just diagnosed with two ovarian cyst one being .7 cm on my right ovary and another one being .8 cm on my left one. I've experienced middle back pain, neck pain, abdominal pain, leg pain, and headaches even though I work out 3-4 times a week I thought maybe my workouts had something to do with it but no I feel better after a light workout. My neck and shoulders feel really tight if it wouldnt be for my Chiropractor Doctor I would feel much worst. I'm also getting acupuncture treatment to treat my condition. I hope this helps.

For me, yes. I have a 6cm ovarian cyst on the right ovary (two small follicles on the left). My back (middle) tingles and I have pain in my right shoulder and into my right arm. My neck also feels sore. My belly is really bloated and I feel dull pain on the right side where my ovary is. I am sometimes light-headed. I am severely constipated.

When I had cysts on my overies I just had BAD cramping like you were getting ready to start your period but never pain that went that high. Hope this helps
