Obviously not, as much as they the MEDIA talks about AIDS how come you don't know the answer to that? Everyone knows you can not get AIDS by touching unless you have some kind of open sore on your hands. When someone has AIDS and they bleed the air kills the infection, lets say John Doe cut himself and blood gets onto the knife all you have to do is wash it off with dish washing soap and water and re-use it as if you had cut yourself.
