Are you drinking enough water? You didn't mention the color but if you aren't drinking enough water, your urine will be darker in color and may have an odor. Your system is also changing due to the change in your social habits(smoking). More water is a good thing , especially now, because of the healing your body is going thru. Try drinking a glass of water every couple of hours and see if that helps.Good Luck!!
