I just read in the paper today that the seasonal flu really hasn't hit at all yet, so if you have flu symptoms, it's H1N1 (swine flu). My 16 year old son had it a month ago, and he was very sick for over 10 days. It started with a terrible headache, then sore throat, with extreme fatigue, weakness, body aches all over, and very high fever lasting many days. He got a nasty cough that seemed to come out of nowhere since he never really had cold symptoms until much later. This turned into a bad secondary infection within a couple days and the doctor diagnosed it as a chest infection and prescribed strong antibiotics which took 3 whole days to start helping. I really think it was the beginning stages of pneumonia and we were lucky to catch it early. If your child gets extremely sick with any sort of breathing difficulty or a severe cough with tons of mucus, my best advice is to see your doctor a.s.a.p.
Well, if you are feeling very sick for the past week and your not feeling better, consult your doctor, oh and you will have coughs, a stuffy nose, you will feel like your body is aching and that you sweat constantly and your temperature is going high, you have the swine flu.
Believe me you will know if you get swine flue. Fatigue starts Diarrhoea Sickness this is around week one. Sore Throat ,body aches all over ,unable to get out of bed headaches.week 2 Still feeling the same then call you G.P you have swine flue he will then give you a prescription to get tami flu however send a member of your family. Influenza ordinarily is a respiratory illness with fever, headache, sore throat, nasal stuffiness and cough. And body aches are real common. Headlines state that a lot of people are worrying about having the swine flu. Doctors are saying that the flu and the swine flu are very similar. Chances are you don't have it. But the good news is that its not as bad in the USA.
If you have the swine flu don't worry because doctors are here to help ! But make sure you go to them and not think its just any normal flu its a lot worse you will sneeze constantly and maybe get headaches and body pains + feeling sick ! It will make you feel dizzy, sick, temperature rising, and to stay away from it you have to not bite your nails, wash your hands, and stay away from sick people.
It you have these symptom for a least a week cough,sniffle,body ache,fever,headache,sore throat,nasal,diarrhea,or vomiting if you have any of these symptom for more than a week go to the doctor and I hope none of you have swine flu god bless
I have the swine flu cause I went to the hospital some one their had it and I caught it from them anyways it does no give you a pain and stay out from hospitals don't go there and if you want to know you have it you will have headache and sneeze when go near a place have some dust and when you play games you don't enjoy them , and only go out to malls or other places ONLY when it's an EMERGENCY
If you have headache coughs or if your body is a bit lazy but pray to God you'll get better he will help well if you have, you have to have plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids like water but nothing such as coke or whiskey otherwise you will not save yourself from swine flu but I have got one secret get some tami flu capsules I swear they are brilliant my doctor recommended that for me and I got better but still I usually get headaches because of stress keep taking them even if you feel better but don't go to work or school otherwise NO CHANCE stay in bed take the whole swine flu thing of your mind hope you get better good luck
You don't die from the swine flu inless itz really bad you guys just can't say your going to die if you have it, thats not true if you think you may have the swine flu make sure you check in the doctors if you don't you may have,head aches, fever ( 100d or above), vomit ting, body pain, and sore throut. A lot worse than the flu but pray you'll get better
Yeah I think I have those symptoms too. Last night I had a very strong dizzeness which prevented me from sleeping nothing like I had before, I've been sneezing thi is my second day and I still feel dizzy, I also feel like I have pressure in my stomach and that I'm about to vomit nlike every now and I feel very weak depressed. So yeah might be it. :( too bad and I live in Aus don't know if it makes a difference.
You will know because it relly doesnt feel much like having a bad cold.the symptoms I got/have where firstly high temprature ,hot and cold shivers,extreme fatigue,dizzyness,trouble breathing freely ,achy ially my legs, and just having no energy whatsoever .I'm still suffering now after almost 9 days with extreme fatigue even after a course of tamiflu.I really do wish anyone reading this who has swine flu a speedy recovery it really does make you feel awful .
Just get the vacsanation and I you can't I would be scared but its not bad its not like your going to die in a few min you probly wont be throwing up but these r the heads up to let you know if you have it or not you would have headaches nostop coughing direaha high fever 100 or above body ache
Look, I'm 12 and I know that swine flu is a virus that is spread through touch or respirotry(breathing), and can stay on a surface for 1-5 hours, depending on the climate. The symtoms are, headache, stomach ache, limb ache, vomiting, dihoriah, coghing, sneezing, abnormaly tired, and basicly all the flu symptoms
I think I have it. I have headaches and my body feels sick. And if you do you don't have a fever but it is bad. I keep coughing and I have to go bathroom and I barf when I fun. I hope this help.
Probably if you throw up, have diarrhea, sweat, sore throat, and runny nose that is all I know. If your worried, go to a doctor and and rest. Hope I could help.
Are you aware when you have the flu because the swine flu is similar to it but only somewhat worse. The flu is like a very bad cold and so is swine flu. Just go to the hospital if you think you have it.

The sysptoms of the swine flu are the same sysptoms of the flu, but in time it gets a lot more severe then the flu can get. It grows and becomes more effective in your body quickier then just the regular flu.
You will feel like shit!!! And you can't do nothin for a week or two... You also can't move, tour voice will change and you will have sever muscle pains!

I don't know its been like a week now and I first started out with white patches on my throat I thought I had strep throat then I started getting cold sweats and head aches and body aches with barley any diarrhea and now its been like a week and I'm starting to cough and still have really bad cold sweats keeping me up all night

Believe me you no when you have swine flu ! Its horrible , feels different to any other illness you have had before !! Weak, sevre headaches , high temp ! My temp was almost 39 ! Which is extremely high ! Musel aches and well as feeling sick and needing the loo lots ! I have been poorly with this 4 a week , and am still ill although feeling a little better ! A hope a never get this again been horrible experience , !
My 6 year old had the swine flu last week. My 2 year old,husband, and myself got it now. It started with a bad cough for 2-3 days, then fever and chills. Given tamiflu. Its only been 5 days since emergency room and already feeling better. The government is making to big of deal over this. It is the flu just a different strain.

Well... Basically if you eat pork or pig stuff, you get swine flu. If you have sore throute or cough a lot or sweat and you feel all funny. Then you should contact your doctor. If you see ppl caughing and stuff don't go near them. If you touch the poles on buses n stuff your likely to ge swine flue:o:o. Also keep away from pork n stuff this is usually and pigs disease. Trust me =)
