Not for a 'fasting' result but if it is at this level after eating then it would pay to visit a doc

3.2 refers to mmol/l and 80-120 refers to mg/dl.  These two units of measure make such discussions more complex.  And yes, it is on the low side for someone who has eaten.

Yes, the average glucose count(blood sugar) is between 80 and 120 you should be in a diabetic coma if this is your blood sugar count.
