A bruised liver, is not as bad as if there were holes in it which is called, (forgive my spelling I am not english) scorocis, which is holes. It means the platelettes are low, there is some damage and if you continue on a course of consuming things that are hard on the liver, such as alcohol or any types of fats, etc. Can cause further damage. It is not working as it should. The liver is a filter, and the more junk you put in your system, the harder the liver must work. Change of diet, or lifestyle change can correct this before you get scorosis, or holes in liver.
