I was recently diagnosed with uterine fibroids and now i have 2 swollen lymph nodes in my groin. Should I be worried?

I was asking if I should be worried about the swollen glands in my groin. I'm currently having no treatment for my fibroid tumors and was worried why my lymph glands would be swollen, with no sign of infection nor do they hurt.
