It's difficult to evaluate a single blood pressure (BP), especially not knowing the condition the person was in when it was taken (for instance, at rest versus after exercising). However, at rest, that BP would be abnormally high.  It is always better to monitor your resting BP each morning at rest & keep a log of the BPs to take to your Doctor, especially if you are at risk for High BP.  Risk factors include: Family history of high BP, heart attack, or stroke; Male; over 40; and others. Other factors that can increase BP include: Strenuous activity; stress; diet high in fat &/or salt; lack of exercise; and others. The part of that BP which is especially concerning is the last number (100), called the Diastolic pressure. That is an indicator of how much pressure is exerted on your blood vessels when your heart is at rest. Although there is some variance in the current information, typically, the diastolic number really should be about 60-80. In the 80s is still okay, but you should probably keep an eye on it. Anything over 90 is a red flag & should be discussed with your physician.I hope that helps.
