Nobody can tell you any thing about your swollen lymph node without having a look on the x-ray, location of lymph node, your sex and medical history. If it is is really swollen lymph node then it can be due to infection and Hodgkin lymphoma. This lymphoma can cause swelling in lymph nodes of neck, armpit, groin and chest.
In my opinion, any growth any where in the body should not be neglected. You should get second opinion and get further investigations to avoid any future complications.

I have a cough for three months I went to the dr she gave me antibiotis.that did not help then they gave cough syrup .and cough pills tess alon pearl still had the cough I went to another dr she sent me for an xray and they said there was some shadowing so they had to send for a ct scan .now I have to go see a pulmonary dr because my lymph nodes are swollen and in my chest bone .I a m very nervous .I have no idea I have a million thing going threw my head .can someone ease my thoughts.
