This could be diagnosed by your doctor I used to have similar symptoms luckily my illness was diagnosed as migraine when you have head aches, sensitive to light, and tired.
I feel the same, it feels like your eyes are blood shot, your head is going to explode and your too tired to move.
Just go to sleep
if that doesnt work take Motrin
go to a doctor if non of these work

Sounds like a migraine, but you said tired. That maybe something else. Seek medical advice quick.
