First of all you should be investigated that you have ovarian pain. Pain in the left side of the pelvis can be due to infection, irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cysts, ovarian cancer, ectopic pregnancy etc. You should visit a doctor and get pelvic ultrasound for proper diagnosis and treatment.

I've had this same problems for almost a year! My parents had to take me to the ER for it one day because the pain got so bad I could barely walk. After taking x-rays, the Dr. Said that my colon (left side) was so backed up that it expanded and that's where the pain was coming from.
