You can remove it yourself.
Wash your hands well, you can use your nail or somthing sharp to "nik" the head, and apply light pressure from the side to drain it. Use a kleenex with peroxide on it to wipe only the surrounding area, but don't rub your eye witht he kleenex. Wash your hands and use eye wash or eye drops for a days or so. It should be fine. But if it is a HUGE one, let the doc handle it.
