Your symptoms can be due to gallbladder problems. But differential diagnosis is required as few more conditions can cause these symptoms. Gallbladder disease can cause bowel problems especially diarrhea.  Gallbladder symptoms are pain in the upper abdomen near rib cage which travel towards shoulder
especially right, indigestion, bloating, nausea, vomiting,
uncomfortable feelings after eating, Gas etc. You can get jaundice,
dark urine, rapid heartbeat with low blood pressure if you have stones
or infection in gallbladder.
In my opinion, you should visit to gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
