When food enters into the digestive tract with amounts of fat in it, it stimulates the secretion of cholecystokinin, and then the gall bladder releases the bile from it. The gallbladder is in connection to the liver who is to perform very main function of breaking down fats that is done by concentrating the bile. Alcohol is known that it is not good for the health and is known as it puts strain on the liver, liver that processes the body fats.

So a diseased gall bladder person should avoid use of alcohol. And water should be taken in more excess amounts.
