Yes. It restricts your oxygen intake. You need oxygen for your red blood cells which flow through your entire body. The less oxygen they have,the more your body has to work at getting oxygen. Basically you tire more quickly and more often. It's also puts more of a strain on your heart. That's BAD! Go see a doctor soon.
You can die from it.. Our lung has limited space for it to expand.. When water enters it can be congested and we may experience difficulty breathing..
