Suggest you see a med. Professionalist, because physical exam is crucial to decide which one of the most probable causes exists:
1. Thrombosis of a major vein (phlebothrombosis, phlebitis)
2. Inflammatory leasion of large intestine (sigmoid colon) including forms of perforation or penetration into deep fatty tissue.
3. Inflammatory lesion of left ovary or of salpingian tube. Ovarial cyst.
4. Inflammatory lesion of lymph-nodes. This is possible, but less probable than tumorous lesion of lymph nodes ("tumor" may well be benign)
5. Forms of hernia (simple inguinal hernia or deep transsigmoid hernia or "obturator-hernia"
6. Malignant lesion of the obove mentioned organs.
7. Extra-uterine-pregnancy (your age?)
So, please see a med. Doctor.
