Heart problems are not associated with HSV 1 and HSV 2 herpes viruses which are common forms of herpes viruses. But there are some studies which show that some coronary heart diseases can be due to herpes virus other than HSV 1 and HSV 2.If you have genital or oral herpes, then these are not related with heart diseases. Indirectly can be related due to stress because affected person can develop anxiety due to herpes.
