I Have Right Flank Pain And Sometimes I Get Pressure Built Up Right At The Beginning Of My Stomach. It Sometimes Feels Like I'm Having Chest Pains. Could It Be Gall Bladder Or Something Worse?

It could literally be any number of things. Pain at the top of the stomach can mean quite a few different things. I have had ulcers, and gastritis, then there is pancreatitis, and other types of ailments that can go with the stomach.
Flank pains can be another set of symptoms altogether. I think that the best thing that you can do is go and see a doctor, especially if you think that there are genuine chest pains going on here! Hope this helps, good luck.
