Saw your question earlier and wanted to talk to a guy I know with esophageal cancer before I answered it. He said he had horrible stomach pains caused by two things; blood clotting caused somehow by the chemo was one issue which they took care of by a prescription of coumadin and the second was excess stomach acid which a prescription of omeprazole did wonders for. His stage three cancer never spread once the chemo and radiation was started.
