Is blood pressure of 186 over 100 high... I also have really bad left arm pain, but the pain comes & goes?

Yes it\\\'s high .. The arm pain is sign of Heart attack but how long has this been going on? It would be smart to seek medical attention cause you may hv a slight blockage or doc may want to put you on a b/p pill . Everyone assumes the worst because Thts what were trained to do in order not to take chances.. Do you hv history of cardiac disease in your family? Do you hv any medical history? Anxiety issues? How old r you? Smoke? Overweight? Are you currently taking any medications on a daily basis?  It could be a number of things babe.. Ease your mind and swing by your Docs office..When my patients present with high b/p and sharp left arm pains I first would consider poss stroke .. It's best to get checked asap to rule out the chances of a TIA or Stroke it could lead to heart attack but don't wait around for it to become worse please

Maybe you should think about getting to a Dr. 110/70 is great blood pressure - yours is extremely high! I'd be more than a little concerned about the arm pain, also -GET TO A DR.

It is very high. Pain in your left arm is a sign of a heart attack. Chew and swallow a asprin tablet, make sure it is a real asprin tablet, and go to the hospital now.
